In theatre-style, our Queen's Room with 7,535sq. ft. can hold 600 persons. Our King's Room with 9243sq. ft. can hold 750 persons.
Our King's room can be divided in three, being: Princess State Room with 2,970 sq. ft. can hold 200 persons, our Prince State Room with 2,980 sq. ft. can hold 200 persons, our Majestic Room with 3,295 sq. ft. can hold 250 persons.
Our Royal Room with 670 sq. ft. can hold 30 persons. The quantity depends on what kind of setting the Organizer desires. Our professional Banquet Staff will keep your functions running smoothly. Please contact our Sales Department for more details.
In addition to these facilities, we offer our 2 cinemas with 184 and 151 seats respectively, available at your convenience.
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RENTAL OF CONFERENCE ROOMS:
- Prices: Subject to change without notice.
- Deadline: Confirmation for the usage of conference rooms must be made by the date stipulated.
- A 50% deposit payment will be required upon signing event agreement.
- The remaining 50% must be paid one week before the day of the event.
- Organizers will be charged 25% for cancellation of event.
- Modifications in numbers of participants: Changes should be communicated 72 hours prior to the event.
